He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nelson and Helen Nelson; his sister Janet Gullo; and his niece Cecillia Gullo. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Pruneau (Doug), Bill Nelson (Lisa), Susan Young (Jeff), Karen Koski (Kevin), David Nelson (Natalie), Terrence Nelson (Christine) and Joseph Nelson; and his brother-in-law Tim Gullo.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church (9016 Buckeye Rd, Cleveland, OH 44104).
