She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy T. Stephens and Euna Faye Stephens (Gustine); and her brother Johnny. She is survived by: her children, Christine Madden, Cheryl Jagger and Jay Jr. Maltry (Megan); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Alexander, Tristan, Nikolina, Jayce and Wohlgemuth.
