With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marion Sojka of Chardon, Ohio, who passed away on January 24, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Lewis and Gladys Nadine; her husband James A. Sojka; and her sisters, Eileen Snow, Georgia Brock and Mary Lou Richardson.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim Sojka (Sandy) of Chardon, OH and Scott Sojka (Linda) of North Ridgeville, OH; her grandchildren, Brandon Sojka (Blair), Jacqueline McCowan (Matt), Travis Sojka (Cassidy), Christopher Sojka (Katie) and Matt Sojka (Danielle Smith); and her great grandchildren, Cally, Brayden, Charleigh, Devin, Rylie and Reese.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Burr Funeral Home & Cremation Services (116 South St, Chardon, OH 44024). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the VFW (752 Chardon Rd, Chardon, OH 44024).
