She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Anna and Mary Anna; her former husband Gale E. Hazen; and her sisters, Flora Phillips and Gladys Sangrik.
She is survived by: her husband Hazen Contracting; her children, Sharon Ilersich (Jim) of Mesopotamia, OH and Jeff Hazen (Karen) of Munson Twp; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Yost (Neil) of Mesopotamia, Jessica Eastlake (Tor) of Mesopotamia, Samantha Muche (Lou) of McDonald, OH, Jennifer Fay (David) of Munson Twp, Daniel Hazen (Allie) of Munson Twp and Jordan Hazen (Jessica) of Mentor, OH. She is also survived by 21 Great grandchildren.
