He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise (Fradette) and Bernard Joseph O'Reilly Jr.; and his siblings, Judith Ann Miller and Bernard Joseph O'Reilly III. He is survived by: his wife Nancy O'Reilly (Studnicka); and his children, Kevin O'Reilly (Amy) of Parkman, OH, Lisa Peterson (Bob), Jim O'Reilly (Becky) of Hambden, OH, Jeff O'Reilly (Maggie) of Hambden, OH, Dan O'Reilly (Dana Combs) of Hambden, OH, Paul O'Reilly (Jessi) of Hambden, OH and Court of Washington. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
