He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Sudyk) of Chardon; his son Christopher of Chardon; his brother Denny Hopkins (Sue) of Dana, FL; his granddaughters, Haley and Madison Brown; and his nephews, Matthew and Steven Hopkins.
