We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2020, at the age of 74, James Vieland Sr. of Chardon, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. and Julie; and his brother John Vieland Jr. Due. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Jennifer Vieland Artz of Fairport Harbor and James Vieland Jr. (Jessica) of Lancaster, PA; and his grandchildren, Josiah, Greta, Simeon and Ayla Vieland.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother John Vieland Jr. Due to the ongoing COVID 19 Pandemic, all services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Jim's memory to Benedictine High School, 2900 Martin Luther King Drive, Cleveland OH 44104 or St. Mary's Church, 401 North Street, Chardon OH 44024.
