She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond G. Jane and Mary Jane; her husband Peter Weller of Concord Township, OH; her daughters, Hannah Lazar (Nick) and Gabrielle Kulik (Matt); and her grandchildren, Paulette "Mae" Lazar, Smith Raymond Lazar and Jacqueline Eleanor Kulik.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Chardon United Methodist Church, 515 North Street, Chardon, Ohio 44024, a place that brought Jacqueline great comfort in her final years.
