It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guiseppe Montagna (Chardon, Ohio), born in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Beate L.; his parents, Gaetano and Rosina; and his sibling Biagio (late Connie). He is survived by: his children, Linda DiPietro (Ralph Lederer), Gaetano "Tom" and Mario (Erana); his grandchildren, Anthony DiPietro III, Michelle Sumpter Michael Montagna (Jackson) and Mario Jr.; his great grandchildren, Alexa, Cayla Sumpter and Bryson; his siblings, Maria Korzan (late Denis) and Anthony Montagna (Donna); and also Landen.
In lieu of flowers, contributions suggested in memory of Joe to the Italian American Veteran's Association.
