He is survived by: his significant other Elsie; his children, Scott (Liz) of Chesterland and Susan Rhodes of Milford; his grandchildren, Eryn Richards (Nick), Sean Peterson, Kierstyn Rhodes, Kenny Rhodes and Tyler Rhodes; and his great grandchildren, Mason and Liam Richards.
