He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Maynard and Susan Maynard (McMasters); his brothers, Dave and Steven; his father-in-law Lester Hardy; and his brother-in-law Michael Hardy.
He is survived by: his wife Samantha Hardy; his children, Kelvin (Jessica), Jennifer Hubbard (Anthony), Kayla Hubbard (John M.), Christopher Pignatiello and Emily Woodworth; and his siblings, Cecil and Mary Lesterson. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and one Great Grandson.
