He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, John Kotrlik (Lisa) of Painesville Twp, Janet Kotrlik of Leroy Twp and Charles Kotrlik of Leroy Twp; his grandchildren, Hailie Kotrlik, Frank Fatica (Megan) of Leroy Twp and Nick Fatica of Painesville; his great grandchildren, Frank, Vince, Leo and Brody; and his sister Jean Edgar (Robert Kotrlik). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
