He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton E. Bean and Vera Bean (Nippell); his wife Marjorie E. Bean (Sawyer); his daughter Jennifer Inghram; his grandson Joseph "Joey" Bean; and his sister Donna Dellapena.
He is survived by: his sons, Elton Bean III of Middlefield, Jeff Bean (Lynette Bright) of Chardon and Greg Bean (Shari) of Middlefield; his grandchildren, Edward, Kaitlin, Madison and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Ada. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
