He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. and Helen; and his brothers, Bruce and Alan. He is survived by: his friends, Tom and Phil; his nephew Bryan Havighurst (Diane); his great-nephews, Liam and Garrett of Loveland, OH; his niece Lauren Tackett (Jeff); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelyn and Charlie of Centerville, VA.; and his former wife Louise. He is also survived by his extended family, Esther's family, and his friends.
