She is survived by: her children, Janet Bender (Jerry), George (Libby), Gregory (Brenda), Kevin (Heidi) and Kathleen Neuberger; and her siblings, Theresa Snyder, Donald Czupkowski, Frances Rawa, Joanne Fornalczak, John Czupkowski and Raymond Czupkowski.
