He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin and Emma; and his wife Ilse. He is survived by: his children, Ralph Grimm (Jackie Cackowski) of Chardon, OH, Tanja Rust (David) of Chagrin Falls, OH and Cindy Perry (Bob) of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Brighton Rust (Sierra), Kyle Grimm (Sydney Baur), Mark Rust (Lucia), Michael Rust (Paulina), Hunter Perry, Stephen Rust and Rachel Perry; his great grandchild Lila Rust; and his brother Rolf Grimm.
