She is survived by: her grandchild Bella; her child Crystal; her husband Adrian; her children, Jason Adrian Kooyman (Crystal) and Jeffrey Adam Kooyman; her mother Frieda M. Nadack; her grandchildren, Aiden and Isabella; and her brothers, Charles Van Horn (Jeanette) and David Van Horn (Lou).
