He is survived by: his parents, Maureen Bosworth (Hope) and David Bosworth of Blyth; his wife Daneen (Tyransky); his children, Andrew (Katherine), Daniel, Michaela and Paige; his brother-in-law Dan Tyransky (Ellen); and his nieces and nephews, Kevin, Alyssa and Ryan Tyransky.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in David's memory to Tunnels to Towers or the American Kidney Association.
