He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Frank, Jean Schwartzott, Charles, Caroline Pistone and Dorothy Howe; and his grandfather Tom Pistone.

He is survived by: his wife Jessie Pistone (Baker); his daughters, Delaney and Charlie; his father William Pistone; his siblings, Jessica Burnheimer (Rylen) and Kameron Pistone (Sierra); his godfather Dr. Michael Konstan; and his mother Jeanne Pistone (Aaron). He is also survived by other family members and friends.

He was committed to improving the lives of fellow patients with cystic fibrosis by participating in research studies, fundraising for the CF foundation and donating video game systems to Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital.
