He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew and Francis; and his brothers, John Speck (Kathryn Patterson) and Peter Speck (Jan Taczy). He is survived by: his children, Cherise Simecek (Joseph), Carl Norris Speck (Chick), Susan Speck Callahan (David) and Reinhard Eisen of Germany; his grandchildren, Courtney Speck, Jessica Plickert (Daniel), Calvin Callahan (Jessica Gonzalez), Luke Callahan and Shane Callahan (Abby Frania); his great grandchildren, Adalynn Rose, Trevor and Cade; and his wife Nancy Norris.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Carl to St. Mary's Church, 401 North Street, Chardon, OH 44024.
