Horn (Chardon, Ohio), born in Oak Park, Illinois, who passed away on June 13, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert and Betty; and his brothers, Gregory (late Patricia) and Kevin (Nedra). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Lisa Mascaro (John) and Julie Wilczynski (Michael); his grandchildren, Kimberly Johnson (Patrick), Stephanie Wilczynski, Michael Mascaro (Catherine), Michael Jr. Wilczynski and Ari Mascaro; his great grandchild Peyton Johnson; and his siblings, Ronald and Terry (Ina). He is also survived by his family and friends.
