She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Alvin and Grace of Virginia; her husband Carrol L. Meade; her siblings, Dolly Billings, George W. Gentry, Billy L. Gentry, Bobby R. Gentry, Lois A. Roark and Jackie D. Gentry; and her son-in-law Dale Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah K. Smith of Chardon, Dennis I. Meade (Ruth) of Huron and Caryngae Page (Ralph) of Chardon; her grandchildren, Carrie A. Stokes (Rick Whepley), Darcy Bishop (Jason), Ralph Page Jr., Melissa Page, Dameon Keller (Jackie), Jason Meade (Mindy), Ericka Casagrande (Bruce), Brian Meade (Ashley), Aubrey Bergeron (Brett) and Sarah Robbins (Adam); and her siblings, Beulah M. Johnston (Pete), Annie Harp (Bill), John Gentry, Roy Gentry Sr. (Marie) and Isaac A. Gentry, Jr.. She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Due to the CDC and Ohio Dept. of Health recommendations for COVID-19, the funeral service and burial will be private family only.
