He was predeceased by: his mother Gail Crooks; and his siblings, Edward Crooks and Kathleen Crooks. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Pesta, Tyler Crooks, Dustin Crooks and Alexis Budrys (Jeff); his father Edward A. Crooks; and his sister Anne Reese (Terry).
