She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Chuck" William Tyson and Genevieve "Jennie" E. Pence Tyson; and her brothers, Charles E. Tyson and James L. Tyson. She is survived by: her husband Carl B. Mudgett; her sons, Brent Mudgett (Jacki) and Brian Mudgett (Tanya); and her siblings, Ellie Mumaw, Beth Tyson (Mark Ethell), Roberta "Jo" Richeart (Richard), Candy Thompson, Joe Dan Tyson (Susan), Randy Tyson (Barbara) and Jeff Tyson (Christie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
