Starr of Chandlersville, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 30, 2024 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul and Dorothy L. Starr (Huhn); and his wife Sharon Starr. He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Jenkins; his grandchildren, Jonathan Hilliard (Kali) and Whitney Jenkins (Jonathan Paden); his great grandchildren, Vincent, Jackson, Karsten and Hazel; his siblings, Randall Starr (Tammy Woerner), Mary Alice Shields (Gary), Mark Starr, Steven Starr (Shelly) and Scott Starr (Beth); and his friend Terry Stillion (Debbie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
