Jacquelyn J. Tom Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2024, at the age of 54, Jacquelyn J. Tom of Chandlersville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Jack R. Fox; her brother Dustin Fox; and her brother-in-law Bill Tom. She is survived by: her mother Harriet Fox of Duncan Falls; her husband Troy Tom; her daughters, Reagan Tom (Zach Johnson) and Corin Tom; her grandson John Brooks Johnson; her sister Renee Fox (Brooke); her mother-in-law Nancy Tom; and her siblings-in-law, Tracy Tom (Teresa), Chris Tom (Christy) and Bridget Tom.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls (383 Main St, Duncan Falls, OH 43734). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
