He was predeceased by: his father Ivan Wickham; his wives, Karen Wickham (Boyd) and Martha Giffen (Stratton); and his sister Alice Jean Hall (Lynn). He is survived by: his children, Fred Wickham Jr. (Stacey) of Cumberland and Leslie Taggart (Roger) of Hopewell, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Kellie Wolfle, Brandie Garven (Nathan) and Cory Wolfle (Brittney); his great grandchildren, Curtis, Aiden, Madison, Troy and Cohen; his children, Larry Giffen (Janice), Gwen Giffen (Bruce), John Giffen (Dawn), Joseph Giffen-Hunter (Sarah), Jennifer Giffen (Douglas Shapiro), Jim Stillion (Kelly), Craig Stillion (Karen) and Lisa Dearinger (Shane); his wife Theresa Wickham (Stillion); and his brothers, Carl Wickham (Sandy) of Cumberland and Stanley Wickham (Becky) of Lancaster, Ohio.. He is also survived by Many cousins, nieces, and nephews and many dear friends.
