He was predeceased by: his nephew Braxton Duff. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Macenko (Carol) and Ashleigh Rutter (Brian); his wife Tabitha Macenko; his children, Brantley, Baine and Granger; his siblings, Tahlor Macenko (Alexis), Kaitlyn Macenko (Slade), Kayla Rae, Meagan Duff, Brian Rutter and Abriana Newsome; his nieces and nephews, Kinsley, Gracelynn, Sadie, Addyson, Alaina, Matthew and Mason Todd; and his grandparents, Dennis, Darla Miller, Lawrence and Elaine Macenko.
