He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Tom and Lucy Tom (Howard); his wife Juanita L. Tom (Drumm); and his siblings, Harold "Sam" Tom, Dennis Tom and Maude Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Tawny Holdren of Chandlersville, Ronald Tom (Kathleen) of Dresden and Randall Tom (Connie) of Zanesville; his grandchildren, Chad Tom (Hollie), Jamie Phillips (Jay Gooden), Randy Kepler (Jenn), Ryan Kepler (Candice), Brittany Shaw (Travis), J. Holdren (Mandy), Randy Tom and Kristin Savage (Derek); and his siblings, Don Tom of Zanesville, Chuck Tom (Patsy) of New Concord, Alice LePage of Zanesville, Helen Brillhart (Gary) of Applecreek, Mary Lou West of Cumberland and JoAnn Klies (Charles) of Chandlersville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
