He was predeceased by: his parent Onek Kopchak; his wife Dorothy Ellen Kopchak; and his son Larry Lee Kopchak. He is survived by: his parent Edna Kopchak (Lach); his wife Betty Eileen Chiki-Kopchak; his children, Sandy Higgins (Martin), Randy Kopchak (Teresa) and Bill Kopchak (RuthAnn); and his sister Helen Ellis. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
