He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Parmer and Ida Parmer (Brown); and his siblings, Alfred, Phil Parmer and Faye Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Parmer (Meredith); his children, Kim Brandfass, Tammy Ashton, Albertina Wolfe, Wes Parmer (Jamie), Albert E. Parmer, Jr. (Terry) and Brian C. Parmer (Deborah); and his sisters, Luvadia Touvell and Rita Miller (Bob). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
The family requests that self-provided face masks be worn and social distancing be observed during the calling hours and funeral service.
