He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Kai Monahan (Kerry) and Kristi Butler (Dave); and his grandchildren, Maxwell (Heather), Mason, Thomas, Ellen and Liam. He is also survived by his two children and their spouses.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Vince and Vicki's favorite charity, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, in his memory.
