He was predeceased by: his siblings, Buford P. Rubin and Raenelle Warren (Rubin). He is survived by: his wife Sara "Sally" Sterling; his daughters, Regina Rubin Cody (William F. Cody, Jr.) of Shaker Hts and Amy Rubin Naremore (James L. Naremore) of Indianapolis, IN; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Patrick Naremore, Sara, Blake and William Cody III.
