With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Aquaviva Sr. of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, who passed away on February 14, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gretchen; his children, Annemarie Rajnicek (Gerald) and Thomas "TJ"; his granddaughters, Kathryn and Elizabeth; his siblings, Grace Bergamasco and Salvatore Acquaviva; and his sister-in-law Alice Cairns (Donald).

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC WE WILL BE FOLLOWING THE CDC'S GUIDELINES FOR LARGE GATHERINGS AND MONITORING THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE FACILITY AT ONE TIME.
