He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth Hornyak; his children, Paul Hornyak (Monica), Karen Hornyak and Mark Hornyak (Beth Reid); his grandchildren, Andrew, Steven, Allison Hornyak, Kyle, Chase Jadrych, Daniel and Thomas Hornyak; and his brother William Hornyak.
