He was predeceased by: his father John Henry Crisman. He is survived by: his close friend Lisa Caldwell; his sons-in-law, Heith Bettelman and Michael Trice; his grandchildren, Lauren, Andrew Bettelman and River; and also, Barbara Crisman, Jennifer Crisman, Alyson Bettelman and Stefanie Trice.
