She is survived by: her spouse Hank Bellisario; her children, Donna Juchnowski (Steve), Charles Kelley, Sean Kelley, Matthew Bellisario and Gregory Crase; her grandchildren, Cassy Reichert, Greg Jr. and Cleigha Fay Crase; her great grandchildren, Lucia and Lita; and her sibling Rodney Shelton.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in memory of Rita to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
