She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Tom Moak; her siblings, Karen Daimler (Charlie) and Steve Alesky (Joanne); her daughters, Michelle Meredith (Tom Rempe) and Lauren Patton (Tyler); her stepdaughter Lisa Hall (Brian); and her grandchildren, London, Carter, Mila and Nolan.
