He is survived by: his wife Diann; his children, Patty Dyer (Rich), Susan Kalman (David), Paul Dunlavey (Becky) and Michael Dunlavey (Nikki); his grandchildren, Matthew (Amanda), Madeline Dyer, Sarah Bowling (Jeremy), Grace Forsyth (Chane), Emily, David, Faith Kalman, Will, Sam, Ryan, Nathan Dunlavey, Jordan Porche, Alixandrea, Joseph and Rosemary Dunlavey; his great grandchildren, Meghan, Connor Bowling, Asher, Baby and Eliana Dunlavey; and his siblings, Ellen Podhajsky (Ed), Mary Dunlavey and Jim Dunlavey (Nina).
