She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jack Phillips (John); and her children, Leslie Lentsch (Dave), Amy Johnson (Darrell), Michael, Jennifer Myerson (Terry), Douglas and William (Lindsey).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial contribution be made to Alzheimer's Research.
