She was predeceased by: her husband Albert L. Suster; her parents, Paul E. Hoffmann and Mary Margaret Hoffmann; and her sister Pauline Daugherty. She is survived by: her son Steven P. Krizan (Lisa D.); and her grandchildren, Katherine A., Aubrey E., Michael P. and John "Jack" C. Krizan.

She was a member of Mensa and active with many charity organizations.
