She was predeceased by: her husband David John Forsythe; her brother Edward M. Kerekes (Virginia); and her parents, Edward P. Kerekes and Helen I. Kerekes. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer and David Forsythe (Sheena); her granddaughter Kaydence; and her sister Doris Kaehler (James).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parkside Church (7100 Pettibone Rd, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023).
