He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Lea; and his parents, Eva Jean and Howard Christian. He is survived by: his children, Howard Trace (Dian) and Jill Ann Bittinger (Scott); his grandchildren, Lea, Tyler, Shannon, Simon and Brian; and his sibling Christie Hall (Dwight).
