It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John T. Blake of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, born in Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on November 26, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Meredith; his daughters, Betsy Blake, Jennifer Kramer (Rob) and Amy Bamford (David); his grandchildren, Alex, Abby Blake, Kimmie Hennis, Katie Kramer, Max, Jack and Ella Bamford; his great grandchildren, Parker and Bowen Blake; and his sisters, Judy Cruse and Joanne Swiger (Steve).
