She was predeceased by: her parent John W.; and her brother Henry S. McCummiskey. She is survived by: her parent Henrietta D. McKellar McCummiskey; her husband Walter; her children, Lorraine J. Kennedy and Gordon Jack; her grandchildren, Ian Kennedy of Philadelphia, Amanda Kennedy, Paisley, Robert and William Jack of Chagrin Falls, OH.; and her brothers, John McCummiskey, James McCummiskey and Duncan McCummiskey.
