He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Michele Nichols (Twoey) of Chagrin Falls; his daughter Judy Douglass of Ashland, MA; his parents, James Nichols, Sr. and Alice Nichols (Tarbox); his brother William Thomas Nichols II (Peggy); his siblings-in-law, Jinny Hagan, Karen Carr (Lou), Cheri Mataraza (Frank), Robert Twoey, Janette and Peggy Nichols; his nieces and nephews, Katy Hagan, William Thomas Nichols III (Christy), Dave Nichols (Heather), Anthony Mataraza (Sheila), Angelina Mataraza, Nicholas Mataraza, Cassandra Twoey and Richard Darbey (Randi); his great-nieces and great-nephews, William Thomas IV, Mackenzie Nichols, Tyler Hagan, Taylor Mataraza, Ethan Mataraza and Benjamin Mataraza; and his cousins, Jack Nichols (Sue) and Diane Nichols Harman (Jim).
