He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Victoria; his parents, Joseph and Margaret; his parents-in-law, Richard and Marjorie; his siblings, Tom, Margie Hall and David; and his pet Farm. He was also cherished by parents and siblings.
Working at the museum led to meeting three Tibetan monks in 1997, whose friendship lasts to this day, and as Tenzin said about him when he heard of Frank's death, "Of course he doesn't need my prayers because he lived his life meaningfully… that is why you do not have to worry about him because he lived a very spiritual life ."In lieu of flowers, contributions suggested to the Michael J.
