She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Daniel; her children, Dimitry and Anatasia; and her siblings, Mia Lombardi-Rudy (Mark), John Lombardi (Jill) and Michael Lombardi (late Laurie).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of the Western Reserve.
