It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debora Jean (Carlucci) O'Hara (Chagrin Falls, Ohio), born in Painesville, Ohio, who passed away on May 15, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Michael O'Hara; her sons, Christopher Loucks (Jess) of Rocky River and Dylan Forward of Colorado; her grandchildren, Blake Loucks, Alaina O'Hara and Logan O'Hara; her stepchildren, Ryan O'Hara (Jessica) of Chagrin Falls, Megan Kinney (Andy) of Cleveland and Matthew O'Hara of Mayfield Heights; her sisters, Cheryl Eger of Aurora, Sandra Davis and Tom Simon of Chardon; and her niece Phebe Davis.
Although flowers are appreciated, the family suggests donations be made in Debora's name to the Geauga Humane Society Rescue Village, P.O. Box 116, Novelty, Ohio.
