He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julia Walters (Hill) and Glendale Walters; his wife Michelle Walters (Miller); his siblings, Renee Cosentino (Len), Robin Hoover (Matt) and Kristin Walters (Jeff); and his children, Devin May (Kyle), Jacob Walters, Poperomi of Emersyn and Eve.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to University Hospital Seidman Cancer Center or St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
